SAYIRA MURIEL Loving Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, Sister, and Aunt Sayira Muriel, 51, a resident of Nashua, NH passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 17, 2023. Sayira was born in Lowell on September 4, 1972, a daughter of Maria L. Ortiz who survives her, and the late Jose E. Muriel. She attended school in Lowell and was a graduate of Lowell High School. For the past 26 years Sayira was a member of the Enterprise Bank Family, and was most recently working at the Bank’s Loan Document Department. Sayira’s smile lit up any room she was in. Her laughter was infectious, and she was always a bright ray of sunshine. She was a hardworking and loving mother who raised three wonderful children. Sayira sacrificed a lot, always helping others who were in need. She loved her children and grandson more than anything else. Family time was her favorite time, and especially so around the holidays. She was a good cook and loved food. She loved the outdoors and was an avid gardener. She also liked to run. Sayira loved her two cats, Simba and Zaid. She loved music, loved to sing, and loved attending church, which she did, on Sunday morning before she passed away. Sayira loved to attend social events, community events, and fundraisers. She was very generous with her time and donations to everything that was happening in Lowell. Sayira is survived by her three children, Angel Beltran, Alexis Andujar and Casey Diaz, all of Nashua, NH; her grandson, Yosohn Lopez her mother, Maria L. Ortiz; her brothers and sister, Henry Muriel, Abashi Muriel and his wife Angela, and Dilia Rivera; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins in the United States and in Puerto Rico. Sayira also leaves her Enterprise Bank Family and many, many dear friends. Sayira was the sister of the late Felix Rivera and Mildred Rivera, and the longtime partner of the late Anthony Clayton. Sayira’s FUNERAL SERVICE will take place on TUESDAY MORNING at 10 o’clock in the Funeral Home, followed by her burial in the Westlawn II Cemetery, Lowell.
