Frances Helen Sullivan Lifelong Lowell Resident Beloved Mother and Grandmother Frances Helen Sullivan, 91, of Lowell, MA passed away on November 20, 2014. She was the beloved mother of Brian Arsnow and his wife Marcia of Wolfeboro, NH, and Edward Arsnow and his wife Barbara of Lynnfield, MA. She is also survived by three beloved grandchildren Christine, Daniel, and Michael, and many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins. Frances was predeceased by her first husband Edward G. Arsnow and her second husband John P. Sullivan. Frances was born in Lowell to the late Thomas and Katherine (Fitzgibbons) Sheedy, both of whom came to America from County Clare. She was raised in a family with three sisters, Margaret, Mary and Katherine, and one brother, Daniel. She grew up in the Sacred Heart Parish in Lowell, graduated from Lowell High School, and attended Bradshaw Business School. Frances worked at Lowell City Hall for a number of years after her first husband, Edward, passed away. She was a Communicant of the Immaculate Conception Church. Frances was loving, generous, had a very strong faith in God, and was proud of her family and her Irish ancestry. We will miss her very much. FUNERAL NOTICE SULLIVAN—In Lowell, November 20, 2014, Frances H. (Sheedy) (Arsnow) Sullivan, 91, a lifelong Lowell resident. Family and friends may call at the FAY McCABE FUNERAL HOME, 105 MOORE STREET, LOWELL, on MONDAY, from 4 until 8 P.M. Mrs. Sullivan’s Funeral will begin on TUESDAY MORNING at 10 o’clock from the Funeral Home followed by her Funeral Mass at 11 o’clock at The Immaculate Conception Church, 144 East Merrimack Street, Lowell.
