Concepcion Diaz LOWELL—Concepcion Diaz, age 85, passed away on November 6, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Patillas, Puerto Rico on January 15, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Mariano and Isidora (Claudio) Diaz. Concepcion was a prayer warrior, her passion for God was unshakeable and exceptional. She was also an example with her testimony to those that had the privilege of having her in their life. She was a loving mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. We lost a champion in the faith here on earth, but we will reunite with her on that Great Day we all longing for, when the King of Kings returns to establish His kingdom here on Earth, Hallelu-YAH! Concepcion is survived by her three sons and daughter: Esteban Velez and his wife Alberta Lopez of Providence, RI, Efrain Diaz and his wife Evelyn of Lowell, Raymond Torres and his wife Nancy of Lowell, and Carmen Doris Mora of Dover, PA; her brother Candido Diaz of Puerto Rico; her sister Clementina Gonzalez of Woburn, as well as 8 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. DEATH NOTICE DIAZ—In Lowell, November 6, 2018 at Lowell General-Saints, Concepcion Diaz, 85, a longtime Lowell resident. Family and friends may call at the FAY McCABE FUNERAL HOME, 105 Moore Street, Lowell, on FRIDAY from 4 until 8 PM. Concepcion’s Funeral Service will take place at the FUNERAL HOME on SATURDAY MORNING at 10 AM. Burial will follow in Westlawn II Cemetery. Saturday after the funeral service there will be a BRUNCH for family and friends at IGLESIA BETHESDA INTERNACIONAL at 450 Chelmsford Street Lowell MA 01851.
