OBITUARY ROBERT E. WHITE Loving Husband, Father, and Grandfather Robert (Bob) E. White, 67, passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2016 in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was in the company of his adoring family. Born October 29, 1948 in Lowell, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late Gerald and Margaret White. He adored his wife, Jeanne, whom he had been married to for 42 years. He was a dedicated and passionate husband, father and grandfather. Bob was an excellent golfer and member of the Cedarwood Country Club, winning the member-guest championship in 2013. Following graduation from Keith Academy in 1967, Bob furthered his education at Lowell Tech (Class of 1970) where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree and a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was a Principal Engineer in the state of New Hampshire. Bob’s esteemed career in nuclear energy spanned more than forty years; beginning at General Dynamics in Groton, CT, he then worked alongside many beloved colleagues at Yankee Atomic, Florida Power and Light at Seabrook NH, and most recently, Zachry Holdings. He is survived by his wife Jeanne Potter White, his three children and their spouses, Jennifer and Christopher Duane of Groton, MA, Kristen and Otto Sanchez of Houston, TX, Jeffrey and Jessica White of Charlotte, NC, and four beloved grandchildren, Greyson, Cameron, Ashton and Mavis. He is also survived by his brothers and their spouses, Leo & Lynne White of York, ME and Gerald & Martha White of Lowell, MA, as well as many nieces and nephews. His sister, Sr. Marilyn White, preceded him in death. FUNERAL NOTICE WHITE—In Charlotte, NC, September 21, 2016, Robert “Bob” E.
