Mr. Marc J. Mondou

Marc J. Mondou Beloved Son, Brother, and Uncle LOWELL--Marc J. Mondou, 44, of Lowell and Pocasset, MA passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on September 3, 2012 after an extended illness. He was born in Lowell, MA on August 17, 1968 to Maureen (Sullivan) Mondou and the late Robert G. Mondou, M.D. Marc was active in Lowell Youth Hockey, Shedd Park Baseball, and Lowell Pop Warner. He graduated from Lowell High School in 1986 and Providence College in 1990. Marc worked in Sales and the Telecommunication industry in New York and Chicago. He was involved with The Lowell Sun Golden Gloves for many years. Marc enjoyed spending time in Pocasset, MA and time with nieces and nephews. In addition to his mother, Maureen, Marc is survived by his brother and sisters, Robert G. Mondou, Jr. and his companion Erica Nelson of Falmouth, MA, Michelle (Mondou) Donovan and her husband John of Lowell, MA, and Kathryn (Mondou) Page of Lowell, MA; his nieces and nephews, Margaret and Abigail Mondou of Sandwich MA, Padraic, Erin, his Godson Conor, and John Donovan of Lowell, MA, and Kyleigh, Kaelin, and Keara Page of Lowell, MA; his aunt and uncle Lucille and Paul Megan of Acton MA, and many cousins. Marc was predeceased by his father Robert G. Mondou, M.D. and his brother-in-law, Kelly L. Page. FUNERAL NOTICE MONDOU—In Lowell, September 3, 2012 at his home, Marc J. Mondou, the beloved son of Maureen (Sullivan) Mondou who survives him, and the late Robert G. Mondou, M.D. Family and friends may call at the FAY McCABE FUNERAL HOME, 105 MOORE STREET, LOWELL on THURSDAY, September 6, 2012 from 4 until 7 PM. Marc’s Funeral will begin on FRIDAY MORNING at 9 o’clock from the Funeral Home, followed by his Funeral Mass at 10 o’clock at the Immaculate Conception Church (Lower Church), 144 East Merrimack St. Lowell. His burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Tewksbury, MA.
