Mr. George "Pat" Bradley

GEORGE “PAT” BRADLEY George Patrick “Pat” Bradley, 68, of Lowell, passed away unexpectedly in his sleep, on Friday December 29. He was the beloved husband of Helena Bradley, with whom he shared 26 years together, 22 of them married. Pat was born on April 3, 1955 in New Jersey to George A. Bradley and Lillian A. Bradley. Soon after, he moved to Lowell, Ma; and was educated in the Lowell school system. Pat has worked at Nashoba Valley Olympia Rink for many years, and for the past 25 years he has been driving the Zamboni for them. A free spirited soul who found joy on 2 wheels, he was an avid motorcyclist. He made many memories on bike rides through his lifetime, but most recently with Freedom Cruisers MA Chapter 172 Riding Club where he was President, and affectionately known as Grumpy. Pat was proud to call them his family. Besides riding with his club, doing charity rides, and attending many bike weeks, Pat was a true “MacGyver”, an expert craftsman. He loved building and creating things from beds for his grandkids to trailer hitches, campers, custom bike boxes, and anything else he put his mind to. Pat had many jobs, but took his job as “Grampy” seriously. Everywhere he went, he looked for things his grandkids would like. He found much enjoyment in spoiling them however he could. He loved every one of his grandkids fiercely. Besides his loving wife Helena, Pat is survived by his sister, Myra McCarthy; his children, Kimberly Bradley (Zach), Heather Condo (Jason), Tammy Quintal (Tom), and Tony Quintal; his grandchildren Cadence, Terrance, Savannah, Rajon, Logan, Amari, and Caleb; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends, especially his biker family, Freedom Cruisers MA Chapter 172. Pat is predeceased by his mother and his father; his step-father Arthur Charbonneau; his son, Jason Cockerline; his sisters, Ann M. Bradley, Kathleen M. Robinson, Mary A. Bradley; his nephew, Philip Meltzer; his niece, Stacey Bradley; and his mother-in-law Lois Roberts.
