Cheryl A. Rodriguez “Mimi” LOWELL— Cheryl A. Rodriguez (Jarret), 65, passed away on May27, 2026 at Lowell General Hospital after an extended illness. Cheryl was born in Lowell on September 5, 1960, a daughter of Henry and Helen (Arthur) Jarret. Cheryl attended Lowell schools. For 44 years, Cheryl was the wife of the love of her life, Gregory Rodriguez, Sr. They made Lowell their home and Cheryl worked as a billing secretary. She was the loving mother to Matthew, Gregory, Jr., Ryan and Jessica. Anyone who was lucky enough to know Cheryl knew how big her love of family was. She loved spending time with her family however she could. She would take trips to Canobie Lake and spend summers at Salisbury cooking on the grill and making s’mores and just spending time together. It didn’t matter what was going on, as long as she was with family, she was happy. Cheryl was a bingo lover. She also loved going to the thrift stores and reading. She was a giver. She spent her time donating clothes and food and anything she could to those in need. Everyone she met, felt her love on a deep level. She loved her two dogs like they were her babies. She loved watching soap operas she loved to listen to music and dance she loved visiting her brother and sister in law. Cheryl will be greatly missed by all who knew her. In addition to her husband Gregory A. Rodriguez, Sr., Cheryl is survived by her sons, Matthew Perin and his wife Barbara of Lowell, Gregory Rodriguez, Jr. and his wife, Kari of FL, Ryan Rodriguez of FL, daughter Jessica Grissett of Lowell; grandchildren, Amber, Robert, Hannah, Joseph, Samantha, Reannan, Alyssa, Alexia, Alanna, Candace; great grandchildren Josiah, Anyalisse, Francesco, and Antonio; brothers Thomas and his wife Denise Jarret of Hudson, NH and Ty and his wife Bonnie Jarret of Lowell; nephews Billy Fitzpatrick, Thomas Jarret, Jr., Kyle Jarret. Cheryl was also the sister of the late Deborah Blamy and the sister in law of the late Charlie Blamy and the aunt of the late Michael Fitzpatrick.
