Mr. Bryon W. LeMay

Bryon W. LeMay Beloved Father, Grandfather, and Brother LOWELL—Bryon Wallace LeMay, 78, passed away on Friday, March 3, 2017 at Lowell General Hospital Saints Campus, following a brief illness. He was the husband of Mary J. (Taylor) LeMay who passed away on March 28, 2014. Bryon was born in Dunstable, MA on January 15, 1939, a son of the late John L. and Frances B. (Coyle) LeMay. He attended Lawrence Schools. He married Mary J. Taylor on December 14, 1962, and together they celebrated over 51 years of marriage. For over 20 years, Bryon was a Teamster and an employee of D.J. Reardon Company. Bryon was a hard worker his whole life. When his boys were younger, he coached Little League Baseball and Pop Warner Football. He and Mary enjoyed traveling to Cape Cod. He was a fan of Boston Sports, especially the Patriots and the Red Sox. He also enjoyed Country and Western Music, with Elvis and Johnny Cash being two of his favorites. Bryon also loved Sunday flea markets. Bryon was a proud grandfather who loved his grandchildren very much. They were his pride and joy. Surviving Bryon are his three sons, James W. LeMay, Brian J. LeMay and his wife Donna, and Christopher M. LeMay and his wife Brianne, all of Lowell, and his daughter-in-law, Bernadette LeMay. Mr. LeMay was the father of Paul S. LeMay who died on December 13, 2013. Bryon also leaves eight grandchildren, Amanda T. LeMay, Paul V. LeMay, David W. LeMay, Jennifer G. LeMay, Nicole P. LeMay, Addison H. LeMay, Haley M. LeMay, and Brooklyn P. LeMay, and a new grandchild on the way; one great granddaughter, Angelina LeMay; his two sisters, Maureen Stickney and Mary Murphy; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Joanne and Michael Talty. Bryon was the brother of the late Susan LeMay, Frances Thibeault, Joan Kovalcson, John and his wife Frances LeMay, Emmert and his wife Eva LeMay and Augustine LeMay, and brother-in-law of the late Brenda M. Taylor, and Helene and John Clarke. FUNERAL NOTICE LeMAY—In Lowell, March 3, 2017 at LGH Saints, Bryon W. LeMay, 78, the beloved husband of the late Mary J. LeMay.
