Beryl D. (Trembath) Weber Hunt Loving Mother and Grandmother DRACUT—Beryl D. (Trembath) Weber Hunt, 91, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill on Monday evening, April 1, 2013. Beryl was the wife of the late Napoleon “Napa” Weber who died in 1981, and Bernard Hunt who died in 1995. Beryl was born in Burleigh Heights, Queensland, Australia on July 11, 1921, a daughter of the late Joseph Saunders Trembath and Cecila Elizabeth (Ford) Trembath. She received her formal education in Australia, before coming to the United States. Beryl spent 37 years of marriage with her late husband “Napa” Weber and seven years of marriage with her late husband Bernard Hunt. Beryl was a housewife and mother, raising her family when they were young. She was also an exceptional dressmaker. An avid seamstress, Beryl made her own patterns for clothing and made some of her children’s clothing when they were growing up. She loved to sew, shop, and cook. She was fortunate enough to have traveled all over the world, from Europe to the Caribbean, to Alaska and Australia. Beryl was also able to live independently until the end of her life. Most of all, she loved and cherished her family, especially her grandchildren. She will always be remembered as a loving and devoted Grandmother. Beryl is survived by her children, Janette Joyce of Billerica, John Weber and his wife Doreen of Tyngsborough, and Joseph Weber and his wife Theresa of Gardner; her step-children, Mary Gayle Payne of Dracut, Bernard Hunt and his wife Linda of Lowell, and Scott Hunt and his wife Kathleen of Lowell; thirteen grandchildren, Matthew Joyce and his wife Amy, Kristen Splaine and her husband Jonathan, Hans Weber and his fiancé Kristen Bugden, Marla Weber, Zachary Weber, Brittany Weber, and Joseph Weber, also Andrea Scott and her husband Richard, Melissa Alonardo and her husband Michael, Matthew Hunt and his wife Kristine, Brian Hunt, Jason Hunt, and Rachel Hunt; several great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; her sister-in-law, Gloria (Weber) (Dubey) Wilkins and her husband Francis of Billerica. Beryl was the sister of the late Queenie Vaughan, Josephine Cape, and Cecil Trembath, all of Australia, and the mother-in-law of the late Warren Joyce and step-mother-in-law of the late Thomas Payne. FUNERAL NOTICE WEBER HUNT--In Haverhill, April 1, 2013, Beryl D. Weber Hunt, 91, a Dracut resident and former longtime Lowell resident. Family and friends are invited to attend Beryl’s Memorial Funeral Service on FRIDAY AFTERNOON, at 2 P.M. at the FAY McCABE FUNERAL HOME, 105 MOORE STREET, LOWELL with the Rev. Ennis Duffis officiating. Burial will follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery. It being her wish, there will be no calling hours.
